1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate a return.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging materials.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
The product must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund.
Refunds will be issued in the form of cash reimbursement upon verification.
Refunds will not be provided for items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear.

Items that have been used, altered, or returned without prior approval.
Any product reported beyond the 48-hour return window.
